When you place an order, you naturally want to know when your package will be delivered. This is one of the most important questions. We think so too, so we try to do everything we can to communicate this as clearly as possible.
- Express delivery = Delivered within 3-4 business days.
- From Monday to Friday, your order with express delivery will be delivered the next day if you order before 3 pm . If your order is placed on Saturday and Sunday, it will be processed on Monday morning and delivered on Tuesday.
We work together with DHL and BPOST for express delivery. It is always possible that something goes wrong (wrong address, delays in sorting process,…). Currently, 97% of our express deliveries are delivered on time to our customers.
If your order needs to be delivered to a different address, you can always check this option at checkout.
Yes, this is of course possible to return goods to us. You can also return incorrectly ordered products, the same conditions apply to this. The return costs are for your own account.
Register a return within 30 days after purchase and the product must then be received by us within 30 days after reporting the return, otherwise, the statutory cooling-off period will lapse. The packaging of the product in question must then be unbroken.
We do not accept shipments in letterbox packaging due to damage. Returning the package is at your own risk. We are not responsible if a package is lost during the return. We, therefore, recommend that you always send the package with a track and trace code.

How long does it take for the money to be refunded?
After the return is received, the money to be refunded will be transferred to the customer’s account within 2 to 3 days.
